Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
end-to-end team logistics
, including travel, accommodation, meals, transport, and scheduling.
Coordinate daily team operations and ensure all requirements are met promptly.
Manage team movements, match-day operations, and support staff coordination.
Act as the
primary point of contact
between the team, management, and league organizers.
Ensure players, coaches, and staff receive timely communication regarding schedules and updates.
Handle any operational challenges and provide quick on-ground solutions.
Maintain reports, checklists, and daily operational trackers.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sports operations or event operations (preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced live event environment.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Must be available
on-ground with the team for the entire 2-month project duration
