As a part of our Store Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting smooth day-to-day outlet operations. This position is open to both

, with responsibilities assigned based on role, experience, and business needs. The role requires strong product knowledge, teamwork, operational discipline, and a passion for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
1. Product Knowledge & Quality Standards
Maintain strong knowledge of all products and confidently explain them to customers.
Ensure consistency in portion sizes, serving standards, packaging, and use of smallware.
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, grooming, and quality SOPs.
Cupcake icing knowledge is mandatory for all operational staff.
Follow recipes, SOPs, and presentation standards with accuracy at all times.
2. Customer Service & Order Fulfilment
Greet customers warmly and handle orders efficiently and accurately.
Ensure timely service and correct order fulfillment.
Address customer queries and feedback professionally.
Double-check orders before serving to avoid errors.
Promote upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and sales.
3. Store Operations & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, workstations, storage, and equipment.
Follow opening and closing checklists and complete wastage sheets daily.
Assist with stocking, inventory handling, and monitoring expiry labels.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of all smallware and equipment.
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment at all times.
4. Teamwork, Leadership & Efficiency
Work collaboratively to ensure smooth store operations.
Support team members during peak hours to maintain service speed.
Follow instructions from Supervisors and Outlet Managers.
Carry out any task assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
Supervisory roles will additionally:
Lead by example and guide team members.
Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers.
Monitor team performance, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
Conduct one-on-one discussions and evaluate team members during probation.
5. Adaptability & Attitude
Be flexible in handling multiple operational tasks.
Willing to adjust to changing schedules, customer flow, and outlet requirements.
Open to learning new processes and supporting different roles when required.
Maintain a positive attitude in dynamic or challenging situations.
Maintain a low ego and strong team-first mindset, understanding that every role contributes to brand growth.
6. Sales, Inventory & Cost Control
Support daily sales targets and performance improvements.
Monitor and minimize wastage; use resources efficiently.
Assist with inventory ordering, stock audits, and packaging control.
Execute store-level promotions and marketing initiatives as guided.
Maintain strong understanding of menu items and serving SOPs.
7. Financial Awareness & Compliance
Ensure accurate billing and responsible handling of cash, cards, POS, and delivery orders.
Follow company policies for discounts, offers, and complimentary items.
Report any discrepancies in cash, billing, or inventory immediately.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and legal regulations.
Highlight operational, safety, or compliance issues to management in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
