Designation: Executive/Sr Executive
Department: Polymer Testing
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Manesar
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct polymer analysis using FTIR and DSC equipment to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine and advanced testing of polymer materials to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Utilize additional polymer quality issue resolving tools such as TGA
• (Thermogravimetric Analysis), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), and rheometry.
• Provide expertise on different grades of polymers such as EPDM, NBR,LDPE, PP, PVC, PET, and engineering polymers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on material properties and performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in polymer testing, with a strong emphasis on quality control.
Proficient in the use of FTIR, DSC, TGA, SEM, and rheometry equipment for material analysis.
Comprehensive understanding of polymer grades, properties, and applications.
In-depth knowledge of polymer processing techniques and their optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
