Job Description

Purpose: To handle the HR & IR Activities of the Plant also facilitate training, learning and development activities at the respective plant locations
Education Qualification: MPM, MSW, IRPM, MBA Optional LLB or LLM
Technical & professional Knowledge required : Plant related HR Operations
Experience required: 3-8 Years Experience in IR in Manufacturing Industries
Location: Plant (Chiplun, Maharashtra)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welfare Management System to ensure the facilities like canteen, PPEs, group Mediclaims, OHC etc. Support
• To ensure that the housekeeping, washrooms, rest rooms, gardens etc. to be done as per the tasks on daily/weekly basis.
• To support the employee engagement activities and help in culture building with employees.
• Plan for awareness like health, financial planning, etc, workshops to be conducted.
• To carry out employee satisfaction surveys and share analysis.
• Identify training and development needs of workers through competency mapping and gap analysis.
• Preparing training calendar on yearly / half yearly basis
• Internal complaint committee meetings on monthly basis with female workers posh policy awareness sessions on quarterly Basis.
• Checking statutory compliance under contract labour act registers, pf challan, bank statements, PT challan, GST challan.
• Submission of quarterly, half yearly, and annual returns, as per act submission of compliance on monthly basis.
• Maintaining legal register required under various labour acts. Compliances for various audits like QMA, OHSAS etc.
• Calculating of payroll inputs and processing salary on monthly basis. Generation of payroll related monthly reports and Workers Payroll Management.
• Ensure daily checking of attendance punches, leaves entries, absenteeism OT in contract software CLMS.
• Interaction with workers so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes / improvement
