Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
Prepare and serve ice cream, desserts, beverages, and toppings as per standards
Operate POS and handle card payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the store, equipment, and workstations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking inventory
Work efficiently during peak hours and events
Requirements & Skills:
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic communication skills (English/Telugu/Hindi preferred)
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
Prior cafe/food service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
