Position: Team Member - Trademarks
Experience: Minimum 2/4 years of relevant experience.
Location: Sun House
Education: Graduate in B.A. or B.Com, LL.B & computer literate.
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, Good team player
JOB DESCRIPTION: * Conducting domestic and overseas Trademark Searches and sharing opinion to the stakeholders

• Online filing of trademark applications (wherever we can file Inhouse).
• Scrutiny of Bills/ Invoices and Expenses management
• Communication with Local attorneys and Stake holders.
• Briefing / coordinating external Counsels/ Attorney\'s globally.
• Drafting letters/ Legal notices.
• Screening of Trademark Journals, various database, online portals for checking conflicting trademarks (globally/domestic).
• Develop strategies for effective Litigation management and risk mitigation.
• Attending personal hearings before Trademark and Registrar of Companies and
• Preparing and updating case summaries, Record keeping and database management and other duties, as assigned.
• Travelling within and out of Mumbai for trademark related works.
