Desired Candidate Profile Company : MNC in Building materials industry Desired Candidate: BE (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics or Chemical) with 2-4 years experience in planning in a manufacturing company (preferably Hindi-speaking) * Analytical Reasoning * Forecasting and Decision Making * Team Player * Integrity and Confidentiality, good communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities " \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Business Planning & Order servicing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for production planning of Float lines & Secondary lines according to the Demand and Market requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating production workflow between production lines to ensure maximum performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Forecasting the resources needed in pleasing the Market demand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing & Monitoring Production schedules for every individual production lines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring availability of product mix required for Market needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring Inventory levels & adjusting production schedules accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updates to Management on the variance from sales & production plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production. \xe2\x80\xa2 IT developments related to production and service needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Product code Management.
