The Position is overall responsible to plan, execute and perform day to day operation of utility system with minimum breakdown and perform uninterrupted supply of utilities to plant, ensure safe operations while meeting all statutory and organizational requirements within budgeted costs and time. Helping Asst.Manager - Utility to prepare budgets of respective areas. Perform equal to business and organizational requirements
Strategic Responsibilities

Assisting reporting Manager in maximising equipment availability by minimising breakdowns pertaining to different utility equipment.
Assisting reporting Manager in manpower utilization related to plant utility.
Operational Responsibilities

Operation and Maintenance of Brine Screw chiller (Ammonia Based/-15 & -35 Deg C)
Operation & Maintenance of Chilled Water unit (Ammonia & R-134A based/+7 Deg C)
Operation & Maintenance of PSA Nitrogen plant
Operation & Maintenance of Screw air compressor and Air Dryer
Operation & Maintenance of Cross flow/Counter flow cooling Tower
Operation & Maintenance of softener/DM plant
Operation & Maintenance of different types of pumps and Mechanical Seal.
Operation / Maintenance of Dual fire Steam Boiler with Annual Inspection.
Knowledge of critical Spare Management
Knowledge of SAP (Notification/Work order/PR/Material Issue)
Preparation of Daily Utility reports & Annual Budget preparation.
Maintenance and Shutdown activity planning & Execution
CAPEX job planning & Execution
Knowledge of ISO system & Its compliance
Knowledge of Safety procedure and its compliance (Work permit, JSA etc.)
Housekeeping & up keep of equipment
Financial Responsibilities

Assisting reporting Manager in preparation of CAPEX and plant utility budgets.
Implement the cost saving measures in the Plant utility function.
Control CAPEX, plant utility budget by effective control.

Education Qualification
