The Job holder will be responsible to support Manufacturing Informatics Team and maintain software related data of Manufacturing instrument / Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s as an Application Administrator and perform the activities for Manufacturing System software\xe2\x80\x99s like Archival / backup, restoration, validation & qualification etc.
Areas Of Responsibility
User Access Management and Administration Support of all Manufacturing and Quality Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
Site Infrastructure Support: End User Support like Server, PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Internet, LAN, WAN and AVAYA Application.
Enterprise System Support like Server, Network, Backup System, LIMS, etc.
Monitoring and preventive maintenance of Data center.
Preparing documents, attachments and annexures as per SOP.
Asset Management
Site Compliance and Audit Support: Maintain the site Infrastructure, Validation, Compliance and Management throughout the year.
Information Security: Maintain the security of IT Infrastructure by enforcing corporate ISMS policies and procedure
Department Training Coordinator.
QMS related activities (Trackwise).
Any other work originated by HOD.
Travel Estimate
Based on the need job holder can travel to other sites.
Job Scope
Internal Interactions (within the organization)
MFG,QI and CSV Teams, Business Users, Corporate IT & Plant Management.
External Interactions (outside the organization)
Business Users, External Vendors
Geographical Scope
Provide onsite support to Sikkim unit II, other site whenever needed.
Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority)
Based on Approved Budgets for the sites \xe2\x80\x93 Both Opex & Capex
2-4 Years in IT activities preferably in Pharma manufacturing.
Skill (Functional & Behavioural):
Infra support, MFG and QI support, CSV Support, Validation & Qualification activities as per standards, backup related activities. Good Positive Attitude and Professional.
