Purpose of the Role

Delivery of JV,HMC,NPD components as of Plan Cycle time reduction in bottle neck resources Man utilization in all resources Machine Utilization in all resources

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Scheduling preparing of JV,HMC SERIES for machine shop resources Follow up of MTA,MTO parts of JV,HMC SERIES in machine shop Follow up of NPD Components in machine shop. Proper Resource utilization in machine shop to deliver the parts Follow up of man utilization in all machines. Instant scheduling in case of absenteeism or machine breakdown to deliver the parts. Solving technical issues in NPD,SPARES,STRANGER components. Making full kit components for JV series Train up of apprentice in Grinding machines Casting and Raw material follow up from PLANNING to scheduling the resources Supporting TQM team for Suggestion scheme improvements Cycle time reduction activities in grinding components to reduce bottle neck. Attending meetings on TOC PROJECTS,PRODUCTION PLANNING. Follow up of unit 2 Mazak machine and man, also scheduling of that machine WIP pad closing for JV,HMC series parts. Activities on Process Routing Clarification * Component proving in Toyo grinding machine
