Purpose of the Role


1) Support the SIC in implementation of service strategies by handling annual service contracts(ASC) activities

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Support the SIC in implementation of service strategies by handling annual service contracts activities Ensure customer satisfaction by bringing in efficiency in processes and executing activities for ASC Handle include communicating with both customer and team members and providing prompt response to queries of the customers Carry out Preventive maintenance of machines as per check list Carry out alignments of machine sub systems Attend machine breakdown calls Generate spares enquiry Ensure adherence to business excellence processes and procedures in all activities related to the department Suggest and use of latest technologies and tools for available in the market for the activities within the section * Use of technology to automate and enhance efficiency of the processes
