Purpose of the Role

FAI prove out Creation of Process Documents and Route Cards Creation of M-BOM Process optimization

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Responsible for efficient processes for FAI prove out, Creation of Process Documents and Route Cards, Creation of M-BOM, Process optimization, to ensure achievement of business objectives Focus on reducing cost through process optimisation FAI Prove out Understanding the design requirement Manufacturing process freezing Taking trials on the cutting tools. Introducing cost effective consumables Supporting manufacturing team during FAI Process Documents and Route card creation Preparation of process document Preparation of Route Card Correction of Process Documents Correction of Route Card Creation of M-BOM M-BOM creation in Oracle based on E-BOM Modification of M-BOM after FAI prove out. Process Optimization Process optimization after the FAI Process optimization by introducing new Material Process optimization by adapting effective ways of manufacturing Ensure adherence to Business Excellence processes in all activities related to the section Ensure use of latest technologies and tools for the section * Use of technology to automate suitable aspects of the section processes
