Purpose of the role
Responsible for NDT Level 2 requirements. Responsible to effectively manage and assure QMS and Non Conformance Role Description.
Non Destructive Testing
Receive the parts Router, MTS, P.O and Drawing. Verify requirements as per PO / MTS / Drawing / QA Plan / QA Data etc and enter Shelf life details of chemicals in ERP. Carry out Visual Inspection. Carry out FPI or MPI as per Router, MTS and Drawing requirement. Prepare and verify the reports.
Control of Non Conformance
Record the Non conformance register at Quality Clinic and submit the parts with tag and 8D Report for RCA. Take Containment Action. Verify on time Implementation of Corrective Action. * Ensure Effectiveness of Corrective Action Implemented.
