Responsibilities: The position requires a candidate who will responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding(Pre-onboarding, post onboarding activities), employee life cycle management, updations in SAP HR,successfully performing the tasks that have been allocated, keeping the managerinformed about progress as well as any issues that may arise in HR ServiceDelivery team. Key Accountabilities: Post On Boarding Activity Employee Life Cycle Management SAP HR Hiring, Separation, Transfer, Extension, Maintain MIS, Trackers Producing the deliverables to agreed SLAs Skill: HRO-Employee- MDM ( Profiles Expected 2/3) Grade: BPO 2/4 Location: Pune. forMDM: MDM: Profiles with SAP background required Overview The HRM seniorAnalyst is responsible for smooth handling of HRM queries/ workflows or anyadditional transactions types, completing reports maintaining records. Personis also responsible to motivate and guide team to close maximum processimprovements ideas post discussion with Client. Also responsible for workflowmanagement for resolving Employee issues. Theposition requires a candidate who will responsible for handling recruitment,onboarding (Pre-onboarding, post onboarding activities), employee life cyclemanagement, updation in SAP HR, successfully performing the tasks that havebeen allocated, keeping the manager informed about progress as well as anyissues that may arise in HR Service Delivery team. Key responsibilities wouldalso include driving timely closure of recruitment tasks and SAP updations toin order to enhance services at the locations Therole would be defined through pre-defined KRA's and measured on accuracy,turnaround time, value add to delivery and feedback from Customer as well asstakeholders of Service Delivery - HR Formal Education & Certification Master/Bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably HR) Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) Good Knowledge of SAP HCM module, Success Factor Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach Working Experience of 3 - 5 years in a HRM Process. Desired Education & Certification ( Either one or multiple ) Labor laws for relevant geography Green Belt Certified Any additional HRM expertise. Knowledge & Experience Post On Boarding Activity Good understanding on Employee Life Cycle Management SAP HR Hiring, Separation, Transfer, Extension, Annual cycle, confirmation etc Producing the deliverables to agreed SLAs Driving timely closure of issues/Customer complaint in order to enhance Company's services at the locations Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof Ability to connect source, purpose and recipient of the processing step Excellent process knowledge of Payroll types. Ability to refine processing procedures based on 'big picture' understanding Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used to process Ability to understand :- the client administrative environment
