Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage sales and distribution through cold calling.
- Manage call flow and generate leads by calling.
- Manage and grow focus on increased Productivity
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
- Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
- Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
- Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
- Experience in call centers like Policy bazaar or credit card sales/ banking sales via calling is a must.
Job Requirement :
We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic. Relationship management experience in secured assets businesses will be desirable. Qualifications - Graduate / MBA (Graduation is Mandatory)
