Undertake research and analysis in order to identify new product opportunities across regions, and provide necessary support to the portfolio selection team, for decision making as well as global portfolio strategy planning process, in line with company\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s growth vision.
Accountabilities
I. Evaluate and select new products across dosage forms to expand the global product portfolio of the company maintain a healthy product pipeline II. Consult with internal stakeholders such as R&D and Marketing, to prioritize products and ensure successful launch into markets III. Identify new entry channels for the company, through in-licensing and other opportunities, in order to drive business growth IV. Conduct analysis on forecast volumes, sales and gross profit of the products within a time frame, to calculate the ROI and success of the new product
Education Qualification
MBA from Tier I institutes strongly preferred. Undergraduate in Pharma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm are preferred
Relevant Work Experience
Previous experience in Finance, Portfolio, or Strategy (comparable to 2-4 years)
