KRAs
- NPA Recoveries / Write off portfolio Resolution (Personal Loans/Credit Cards)
- Team handling for getting desired collection target.
- Appointment of agencies and driving them to achieve collection numbers
- Chalking out the various possible strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts,
- Hiring and retention of DRAs and driving them to meet the individual targets.
- Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting
- Consistently and effectively follow up and negotiating with the customers.
- Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities.
- Facilitating effective liquidation of collateral assets of securities of the borrower.
- Negotiating with the borrower consistently and effectively for faster and efficient recoveries.
- Preparing the MIS for daily receivables and reporting the same to HO office
- Hard core collection exposure.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs
- Good team manager.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of Collection and Legal
- Agency Management expertise
- DRA Management expertise
- Drive for Results
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Having good contacts in local Police authorities and local corporates
- To drive P & L of the branch
