Purpose of the Role

Planning, Directing, Organizing and controlling of machine shop activities Improve On-time delivery Delivery and dispatch Zero Defect Products as per schedule

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Prepare Monthly ,Weekly production schedule & Preparing process card against customer demand Effective management of warehouse and WIP Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery Analyze all engineering activities for all internal and external departments Establish & ensure all new and existing products Routing & operations w.r.t C.T in ERP Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications Develop standard operating procedure & work instruction for excising & new products Prepare Plans and schedule for all projects and delivery * Maintain machine shop production planning & achieving of the plan vs. actual performance
