We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our in-store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store targets

Maintain in-store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock display

Process billing and payments accurately using POS systems

Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and offers

Coordinate with store manager and stock team for inventory updates

Ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,479.00 - ₹12,480.07 per month
