Customer Service:

Greeting guests, taking orders accurately (using Point of Sale - POS), handling payments, and ensuring a positive experience.

Food Preparation:

Cooking chicken, assembling meals, preparing beverages, and storing ingredients according to strict standards.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Keeping workstations, dining areas, and equipment spotless, and adhering to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other team members and managers to ensure smooth operations and quick service.

Operational Excellence:

Achieving goals for speed, accuracy, and production, and completing all required training.
