Managed Account Operations team deals with Enrollment for Merrill Lynch Managed products. It includes review documentation/details required for the enrollment of accounts and take decision (Approve/Return) accordingly. Team also identify those accounts that went through the change like ownership, account type and determine if all appropriate Merrill Lynch Investment Advisory Program (ML IAP) documents are on file

Individual will perform as a contributing member of the Onboarding and maintenance Support group to drive productivity and error free environment, reduce Average Handle time and create client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Responsible to interact with LOB and Branch Offices via email
Provide a high level of quality service, support, and responsiveness to clients of Merrill Lynch, internal clients, and communicate effectively with branch & LOB
Responsible for the review, evaluation of enrollment and maintenance documents to ensure correct document on file.
Requirements

Foundational Skills
Sound knowledge of Investment banking and documents required for A/C enrollment
Should have in-depth knowledge of brokerage and Managed Accounts
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Willing to work in night shifts
Excellent Analytical Skills
Should have good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Education
- Minimum Graduate from Commerce Stream
Certifications If Any
