Purpose of the Role

"1.Delivery the components as per the plan
2.Inventory control through I Focus scheduling
3.Implementation of TQM
4.ISO 9000,ISO 14000,& OSHAS co-ordination
5.Processing of Manufacturing parts - Job work / Other units
6.Operate the Vacuum Furnace as per SCADA program"

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Delivery of the components as per the Schedule
Problem solving in Heat treatment components & furnaces
Create the SOP for heat treatment processes
Follow the consumables for heat treatment
Follow the reports of heat treatment Inspections items in lab (Various inspection method)
Preparation of documents and attend the audit of ISO 9001:2015 & OSHAS
Handling of Heartreatment plant process in case of operator absence
Closing of pads if process is accomplish &Follow the job works from other units
Follow the TQM activities
Follow the quality documents such processes vacuum furnaces,Stress realiving furnace,subzero and oil tempering
Follow the NPD components as material selection and determination of heat treatment cycles for furnace.
Enhance metallurgical technical datas and as documented (Material chemical composition,properties and microstructure)
Trouble shooting of machine issues in Vacuum Furnace
Training up of Technician and apprentice in heat treatment
