Job Purpose To deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders. Prepare, cook, and serve menu items according to Taco Bell standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas. Handle cash, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures. Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales and service targets. Follow all food safety, health, and safety guidelines. Support shift leaders and managers in daily operations. Uphold Taco Bell's values of "Live Mas" by creating a positive and friendly experience for customers. Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory). Prior QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is an advantage but not required--training will be provided.
