Product Costing and Pricing Preparing Costing Master and its periodical Review Preparation of Daily and Monthly MIS Preparation of price list of Various products Monthly reconciliation and updating of standard costs to actual costs





Holding meetings of Board, Audit Committee, CSR Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee;

Preparation of agenda and minutes

Filing of E Forms and Directors Disclosures under Companies Act, 2013 on MCA Portal

Weekly updates on Corporate Laws;

Handling other Companies Act compliances

Knowledge of RERA compliances

Legal vetting of sale agreements namely Allotment letter, agreement for sale, sale deed and transfer documents Legal research of important matters Drafting of suits for district courts Submission of monthly MIS on legal cases

Education required (min 50 to Max 100 characters)


Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI and LLB from reputed law university


Experience required (min 50 to Max 100 characters)


5 - 7 years of relevant experience

ICWA Final Group passed out from Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India
