Purpose of the Role
To support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives aimed at increasing employee satisfaction, morale, retention, and overall workplace productivity.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensuring that the department is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
Responsible for managing annual Employee Engagement budget, and facilitate ROI calculation
Actively explore and implement ways for cost reduction in the Employee Experience process
Enable employee satisfaction through efficient Employee Experience processes
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
Plan and execute employee events, activities, and recognition programs to increase employee morale.
Manage employee feedback and suggestion programs and ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Support the planning, execution, and measurement of employee engagement programs such as surveys, recognition programs, team-building events, wellness initiatives, and social activities.
Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights from employees and use the data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Promote inclusivity and diversity by contributing to programs and policies that encourage equal participation and belonging for all employees.
Assist with the development of internal communication strategies that keep employees informed about company news, events, and engagement activities.
Provide support in developing the annual Employee Engagement calendar - implement and adhere to the plans.
Responsible for implementing the Total Employee Involvement through Kaizen and Project Management - Rewards and Recognition.
Support new employee onboarding programs and organize welcome activities, mentorship programs, and provide resources that help new hires feel engaged and valued from day one.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee experience."
Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement, and recommend changes as needed to improve the overall employee experience
EE Policy / SOP Formulation & Communication
Employee Engagement - Plans & Budget Approval
Creation of EE MIS Reports
Ensure use of latest technologies and tools available, to make the organisation future ready
* Analysing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes to the Employee Experience process.
