Key responsibilities: Assist in compliance reviews, general Hazard &risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management. Maintain relevant EHS logs and documentation and prepare reports as necessary.per organisation requirements. Observe SHE regulations, carry out Safety inspection and audits, wears all required safety equipment, encourages employees for adherence to safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel helps in correcting the unsafe practices and conditions. Assist in the development and presentation of relevant EHS training. Driving Contractor safety management at site Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE Assist in administering and maintaining compliance programs such as LOTO, Hazard Communication, Hearing Conservation, Hot Work, Respiratory Protection, BBSP, etc. Environment monitoring and control Ensuring proper operations of Effluent treatment plant Essential Attributes: Strong Exposure to environmental management skills system Can drive Industrial Safety & Health management system especially for shop floor employees expertise Orientation towards Integrated management system including Quality Management System Good Communication skills Passion and self motivation towards driving EHS management system Desired Attributes: Hazard and Risk Management GMP Knowledge Good liaising networking skills Years of experience: 2-4 years of experience in managing Industrial Safety and environment processes preferably from food, pharma, Sugar refinery, Distillery and other similar Industry. Qualification: Any Science Graduation degree / Diploma in Engineering with a diploma in Industrial Safety from recognised Institutes.
