We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Staff member to join our team at Sant Eshwer Foundation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our mission to create a better society. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a reputable NGO and contribute to meaningful project
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily follow-up for tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain effective communication with internal team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize computer software, including MS Office, Excel, and other relevant tools for data management and reporting.
- Assist in managing the foundation's social media presence and engagement, helping to spread our mission to a wider audience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, charity drives, debates, conferences, and more, as per organizational requirements.
- Provide support for the annual award function, liaising with esteemed guests and dignitaries and ensuring the event's success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration, event management, or NGO work is advantageous.
