Job Overview:
As a Team Member Diamond in central kitchen, you will produce V4V7 and BevD items, maintain food safety standards, and handle mise planning and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn central kitchen preparation methods and packaging
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
Manage inventory using FIFO system and barcodes
Perform sanitization tasks and mise-en techniques
Follow recipe guidelines and planogram storage protocols
Produce consistent quality items and manage bulk orders
Check food quality and provide feedback
Requirements
High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
15+ months experience in kitchen environment
Intermediate understanding of kitchen operations
Inventory management proficiency
* Packaging and dispatching experience
