Purpose of the Role
"1. To Coordinate with Customers regarding the machine requirement & communicate to internal teams for further manufacturing.
2. Assist customers by providing all the relevent information say as machine readiness,Date of Inspection,current status of the machine continued till its Invoice along with balance Payment followup.
3. Return to customer queries/calls in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction"
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Balance payment follow up with Customers & Front end engineers
Speedy closure of outstanding & PDC Cheque payment by coordinating with Customers & Front end engineers
Coordinating with Customers regarding Machine Requirement and updating CRDD (Customer Required Due Date) to Planning team
Coordinating with Production team to ensure the machines are completed in time and communicated to Customer enabling payment collection
Timely response to Customer / Front end Engineers queries, Machine status & Readiness Dates
Ensure the order Acknowledgement to customers on successful booking of the orders
Timely review of customer POs and booking of MTA FG machines in the system
Reducing Time to give machine readiness date for MTO orders
Circulate MTA FG Machines Stock Information to all Engineers & Zonal Managers on daily basis
Keeping Records of all customer comments & Interactions for further followup.
Maintaining Ticket management system(TMS) throughout the work flow
Coordinating with customer & Internal team for Machine inspection,Also Organising visits of the customers to factory during inspection
Coordinating with Production team for monthly & weekly machine manufacturing schedule
