How will you make an impact in this role?


You will be a part of India Commercial credits & CBO operations under India Customer Fulfillment and Risk Operations (CFRO). India commercial credit deals with corporate client and card members of various market segment. You will be using your analytical, negotiation and communication skills to take decision to mitigate risk and enabling spend. Your day will consist of different type of interaction with client & internal stake holders. Your decisions will strengthen the corporate relationship of our corporate clients with American Express.


Job Responsibilities:


The primary responsibility is to collect delinquent balances on corporate cards & client via Inbound and outbound calls. Share information with Card member/client via e-mail in required format without infraction. Grow and nurture customer relationships with every interaction that results in measurable Customer value. Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals. Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer. Balance customer interests with the interests of American Express. Through reviewing corporate accounts, use information available on different applications to mitigate risk. Review of Credit Bust Out (CBO) cases setup basis risk rules/scanners, gather information and take decisions as per policy and procedure. Candidates must be able to utilize strong negotiation and decision-making skills ensuring American Express profitability while maximizing recovery of card member balances.
Minimum Qualifications


Graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in International Collections domain with excellent communication skills. Prior work experience in collections required. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment. Ability to evaluate card members financial and account data to make sound business decisions. Analytical mind & attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful. Knowledge of MS Excel, word and PowerPoint.
