Job Scope: The Team Member- Citrix Admin- L2 will be expected Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop and Citrix Hypervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Attending MACD tickets
- Updating Customers/internal stakeholders
- Routine Checklist
- Inventory update Ensure departmental compliance on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business Continuity and other requirements of the organization and; for any new certification which organization is opting for
Must Have Skill:
- Experience of managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop On-premise environment.
- Good knowledge of Citrix Hypervisor.
- Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
- Good knowledge of creating MCS catalog, Delivery Group, Image creation.
- Experience in troubleshooting VDI issues.
- Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization

Qualification and Experience:
- B.E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience.
