Duties & Responsibilities:

Operation:

Greet and welcome the guest

Escort the guest to the preferred seating area

Ensure guest comfort /Handle the customer complaints

Ensure the marketing & promotion ideas are implemented to increase walk-ins & sales

Inputs to improve the caf footfalls

Customer Service/ Follow ups

Maintain Data Bank of Customer details and Customer Tele-calling

Service Recovery

People Management:

To be a part of Team Briefing

Appraise subordinates

Escalate Grievance issues
