"As a TM/Line you will be responsilbe for maintaining the Health of Inventory in GPC (w.r.t. System Inventory) & Planning of Operational Activities for smooth execution of business by bridging the gaps & fulfilment of requirements.
" you will be reporting to Section head of PPC & INVENTORY
A purpose driven role for you
Responsiblitly
Maintaining the Inventory Health (System Vs Physical) for Smooth Process flow-
Analysis of Variance in Stocks (System vs Physical) at SKU level and Part Group Level
Identification of Transactional issues in SAP and corrections
Parking of Stock Variations in System
Perpetual Inventory Planning & Execution
Operations Planning & Support-
Maintaining Service Ratio of New Model Parts
Maintaining Service ratio across categories
Daily monitoring of RM Ageing Units for Ageing based Production
Part level planning for Production in WMS System
Regular Proactive monitoring for Standard Orders to be archived (where we have Material Availability) and intimation to the concerned for necessary action
Defining Batch sizes, Safety stocks and Inventory days in WMS System for Optimised Production as per capacity
System Developments-
Operations (Inventory & Productions) related developments in WMS
BRD prep. After discussion & SRS reviews before final development
A Day in the life
Maintaining the Health of Inventory in GPC (w.r.t. System Inventory) & Planning of Operational Activities for smooth execution of business by bridging the gaps & fulfilment of requirements.
1. Providing the training to the workers related to IMS standards (IS0 9001,14001,45001,50001) and TPM.
2. Encouraing the team for giving the suggestions related to Saving in Energy consumption, process improvements in their respective areas etc.
Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Analysis capabilities, Process knowledge, Extensive WMS knowledge, SAP, Parts Business know how, MS Excel, Power-point, Communication skills
