FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Team Manager -Weld Shop you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Weld & pant Shop The purpose of your role will be to manage production line target as per business plan and to achieve zero failure in section.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. To adhere shift wise production plan of fuel tank2. To ensure quality requirement of product and processes3. New Model coordination and Process improvement4.Manpower Skill Enhancement at to ensure required competency availability in shop.A Day in the lifePreparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of ProductionAcademic Qualification & Experience1. B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical) with 3 to 5 Years of Expereince
2. Diploma in Mechnical Engg with 5 to 9 years of relevant experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge1. Thorough knowledge of Welding Technology (MIG Welding, Seam Welding, Spot Welding).
2. Thorough knowledge of systems like TPM,5S, DWM etc.
3. Expertise in budgeting and resource optimization.
4. Technical Expertise in finishing operations
5. Technical expertise in operation, trouble shooting and teaching/programming of Welding robots (Panasonic and OTC robots)
6. Experience in Enterprise resource Management software (SAP, PLM).
7. Exposure of Total Productive Maintenance(TPM), ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and IATF 16949:2016.
8. Experience of handling gender diverse workforceBehavioural Skills1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
