Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
Provide guidance and support in client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Motivate the team through incentives, recognition, and continuous training.
Monitor the real estate market trends and competitor activities to strategize accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
