Recruit, train, and mentor agents

Set goals and track performance

: Team managers set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. They use sales figures and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Resolve conflicts and motivate staff

: They foster a positive and collaborative team environment by addressing internal conflicts and keeping agents motivated to achieve their targets.

Conduct performance reviews
