Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the timeshare industry.
Drive sales performance through effective training, mentoring, and monitoring of team activities.
Plan and execute sales strategies to generate prospects and convert leads into customers.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reporting on individual/team performance.
Ensure team members follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards.
Support in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales team members.
Work closely with Telemarketing, Marketing, and Guest Relations teams to ensure pipeline growth and quality leads.
Handle escalations and negotiate effectively with clients to close high-value sales.
Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, membership benefits, pricing, and competition.
Achieve personal sales targets in addition to team targets when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive a target-oriented sales culture.
Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in team management within the timeshare/holiday membership industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
