Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Requirements:
6+ years of proven experience
as a Sales Manager/Team Manager in
B2B, or service-based sales
.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, compliance, and reporting.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
.
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and MS Office.
