As the TM - Production engineering you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Section Head - PE.



The purpose of your role will be to coordinate, execute & align New Model Launch Activities (Majorly EV) with various depts. Like CIT, Projects, VD, SQA & in Plant depts. across the organization in order to Launch New Models Timely with set Target of Quality Straight pass & Vertical Ramp-up as per the PDx system for EV & ICE.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:



1. To ensure Launch of New Models within target Time, target Quality Straight pass & achieving Vertical Startup (EV 80% & ICE 20%)

2. To ensure Mass Production & New Model ECNs implementation (EV & ICE)

3. EV technology & processes implementation end to end

4. DM Pillar Progress as per Roadmap to meet TPM objective

5. Plant Sustenance Improvement

6. Global business readiness

A Day in the life

1) Involvement with R&D at design & Development stage as per PDx process.

2) Ensuring readiness of required Equipments/infra. as per specified CG List with co-ordination of PE members

3) Planning sheet readiness as per the Model Launch Targets

4) Data updation pertaining to Parts development & QAV's.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E / B.Tech - (Mechanical /Automobile Engg. & 8 to 12 years of experience in EV Automotive Manufacturing & exposure to NPD and Manufacturing processes e.g Assemblies, Machining, Welding etc. Exposure to New Product Development is MUST

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Good knowledge of new model Fixtures, Gauges & Toolings

2. AutoCAD, MS office

3. PLM, SAP knowledge

4. IMS & TPM knowledge

5. Communication & presentation skill

6. Good knowledge of Automobile manufacturing & new prodcut development

Behavioural Skills

1. Communication skills, Analytical Problem Solving & presentation Skills. Dealing with Ambiguity

2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
