Role Overview

We are hiring a

target-driven Team Manager - Inside Sales

to lead a

WFH-based sales team (5-7 members)

responsible for selling ViSuIQ's

placement courses

in HR, Sales, Marketing, and Exam Invigilator programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

EdTech or IT Sales

, with the ability to work on

cold data

and achieve ambitious monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a remote inside sales team (5-7 members) to achieve daily and monthly revenue goals. Work on cold and warm leads to sell placement-based training courses (HR, Sales, Marketing, Exam Invigilator). Drive a monthly team target of ?10 Lakhs, ensuring at least 50% achievement in the first month. Track individual and team performance, conversion ratios, and daily activity reports. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions. Ensure accurate lead follow-up, CRM updates, and closing sales effectively. Report weekly sales performance and strategies to the senior management team.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in

Inside Sales Team Handling

(mandatory). Prior experience in

EdTech / IT Sales / Course Selling / Training & Placement sales

preferred. Strong background in managing

WFH sales teams

and achieving targets. Must be confident in

cold calling

and working with cold data. Excellent communication, leadership, and performance management skills. Age must be

below 38 years
