Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching as needed.
Identify training and development needs, and facilitate training sessions as required.
Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating updates, challenges, and successes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.
Requirements:
1. Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in EdTech Sales, Admission Background, Tele sales, Subscription sales, Banking or Insurance sector.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. A track record of driving results and achieving targets.
7. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
8. Languages: Multilingual (Preferred).
9. Minimum 3 years of Experience into Team Handling (Required)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
