FunctionOperationsPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Team Manager - Industrial Engineering you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Departmental Head - Production Engineering. The purpose of your role will be to Plan, evaluate & execute the Manpower deployment, other resources for New & existing Model throughout the plant function in direct & in-direct area to ensure the highest productivity of plant.A purpose driven role for youYour key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Manpower finalization for New & Existing Model for resource optimization.
2. Planning & Execution of Improvement Projects in order to improve the Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery & Morale.
3. Strengthening of DM pillar methodology by work content optimization in New & Existing Model for Plant Resource Optimization
4. Formulation of Production Strategy as per the Central Production plan to meet the market demand with highest productivity.
5. Formulate the Plant Productivity Target in order to achieve highest Plant ProductivityA Day in the lifeFormulate, evaluate, execute & co-ordinate the Improvement Projects & Lean Manufacturing Initiative in direct & in-direct area to ensure the highest profitability of plant.Academic Qualification & Experience- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production, B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering Graduation
- 4 to 7 Years of Experience in years in managing Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Planning at plantTechnical Skills/Knowledge1. MOST Certified
2. Lean Manufacturing Tools Certification
3. Knowledge of Financial Aspect
4. Negotiation SkillBehavioural Skills1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
