Team Manager - Pre-Sales & Admissions



Key Responsibilities



? Lead and manage the Pre-Sales (Student Admission Advisors) team to achieve daily,

weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

? Ensure all leads are being effectively nurtured and converted into qualified leads.

? Train, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale.

? Implement processes and scripts to improve the quality and consistency of outreach.

? Track team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.

? Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to streamline lead flow and

campaign impact.

? Ensure proper usage of CRM tools and systems for efficient lead tracking and reporting.

? Address team challenges and maintain a positive and competitive team culture.

Who You Are



? 3-6 years of experience in managing pre-sales, counseling, or admissions teams.

? Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

? Excellent communication and motivational abilities.

? Target-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes.

? Familiar with CRM tools, lead funnels, and reporting systems.

? Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high-performing team culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
