Team Manager - Pre-Sales & Admissions



Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage the Pre-Sales (Student Admission Advisors) team to achieve daily,

weekly, and monthly conversion targets.


Ensure all leads are being effectively nurtured and converted into qualified leads.


Train, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale.


Implement processes and scripts to improve the quality and consistency of outreach.


Track team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.


Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to streamline lead flow and

campaign impact.


Ensure proper usage of CRM tools and systems for efficient lead tracking and reporting.


Address team challenges and maintain a positive and competitive team culture.

Who You Are




3-6 years of experience in managing pre-sales, counseling, or admissions teams.


Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.


Excellent communication and motivational abilities.


Target-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes.


Familiar with CRM tools, lead funnels, and reporting systems.


Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high-performing team culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
