Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Team Manager - 3D Graphics Designer

to lead our 3D visualization team for furniture and home furnishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of designers while producing high-quality 3D renders, product visualizations, and interior scenes that support sales, marketing, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3D graphics designers Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely project delivery Review team output for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency Conduct training and skill development for team members Coordinate with HR and management for performance reviews

3D Design & Visualization:

Create and supervise

high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs

for furniture and furnishing products Develop realistic interior visualizations for residential and commercial spaces Ensure accuracy in furniture dimensions, materials, finishes, textures, and lighting Oversee rendering standards for catalogs, presentations, marketing creatives, and client proposals

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with

sales, marketing, production, and design teams

Understand client briefs, BOQs, layouts, and drawings Support sales teams with customized visuals and presentations Ensure alignment between design intent and final production output

Required Skills & Software Expertise:

Proficiency in

3ds Max / Blender / Maya / Cinema 4D

Strong experience with render engines such as

V-Ray / Corona

Knowledge of

AutoCAD / SketchUp

(preferred) Adobe Creative Suite:

Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

(basic to intermediate) Strong understanding of furniture materials, finishes, joinery, and manufacturing constraints Experience in animation, walkthroughs, and VR is an added advantage
