\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring and improving the process, managing the 3 rd warehousing team, and
assuring the property of safety conditions and efficiency.
\xef\x82\xb7 Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient
operation of all warehouse functions
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order
management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified
timelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing NDR (Non-Delivery Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
\xef\x82\xb7 Define SLA\'s in consultation with the management and make efforts to control and
maintain them.
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily
workflow, product availability and accuracy
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse
operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
at all times
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring in-transit as well as outside main storage location inventory
\xef\x82\xb7 Defining non-moving, slow-medium-fast moving item. Space utilization analysis.
Scrap management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provides oversight and conducts (when necessary) physical inventories and cycle
counts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure safe, clean and healthy working environment in compliance to statutory
requirements and company policies
