: Team Lead - Travel & Visa (Sales Support)
Manage inbound and outbound calls globally with professional telephone etiquette.
Lead and support the sales team with a strong focus on achieving travel sales targets.
Possess in-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, visa processes, and inbound/outbound holiday packages (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, and other visa-required countries).
Deliver excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal).
Assist customers and corporate clients in planning well-organized trips via phone, email, or online platforms.
Oversee issuance of flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services, with hands-on experience in GDS systems such as Amadeus/Sabre.
Stay updated on global travel trends, restrictions, rules, and regulations.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Ensure accuracy of client-provided information, preparing and verifying documents for visa submissions.
Guide and mentor team members to maintain service quality and meet performance goals.
