This role combines people leadership with revenue oversight and hands-on client engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Management & Productivity:Lead daily/weekly team huddles to review priorities and performanceConduct sales funnel and pipeline reviews to track progress and identify gapsMentor and coach RMs on advisory skills, client engagement, and productivityDrive consistent performance and team discipline2. Revenue Oversight & Client Engagement:Ensure team target achievement and revenue growthParticipate in key client meetings along with RMs for support and closuresMonitor individual and team-level KPIs3.
