Overview

Elevate Med Legal India hiring - The Facilitation Team Lead which will be an integral part of the Service Delivery team and primarily leads the facilitation department within the Med Legal service line. The associate in this role is responsible for ensuring quality of the post-approval and post-delivery customer facing queries, through the PQCC process, oversees and responds to issues that occur and arise from consultants, employees within Production in the US and Gurgaon and the customers. The Facilitation Team Lead is responsible for leadership and management of the Production Coordinators.

The Facilitation Team Lead works directly with the Director, Med Legal Production to ensure the team is fully informed and supported to be able to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

Managing the Production Coordinators with support from manager
Managing the Production team availability, out of office schedules and calendar
Assessing casework to address customer comebacks
Collaborating with Production Coordinators as needed to assign and manage casework to meet customer requests and deadlines.
Coordinating with Director, Med Legal Production to ensure the facilitation team is fully informed and supported to meet the needs of the customers needs
Assisting management with hiring process and new team member training
Develop SOPs and Job Aids as needed.
High level of competency in navigation of Med Legal tools
Highly organized with an innate ability for attention to detail
Perform under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Enjoys customer facing interactions

Experience

Minimum of 1 year Med Legal Production Coordination
Proven track record of successful production coordination
Proven track record of successful navigation of Med Legal tools
