Job Description

Pre-arrival and travel coordination



Initial inquiries

: Respond promptly to emails and calls from prospective international patients and their families.

Treatment plans and cost estimates

: Work with medical teams to create and provide estimated treatment plans, including hospital costs and potential length of stay.

Medical visa assistance

: Facilitate the process of obtaining medical visas by providing invitation letters and other required documentation.

Travel and lodging

: Arrange for airport transfers, book accommodation for patients and their families, and offer guidance on local travel.

In-hospital patient support



Admission and discharge

: Ensure a smooth and efficient admission and discharge process, handling all necessary paperwork.

Dedicated point of contact

: Serve as the primary liaison between the patient, their family, and the hospital's medical and administrative staff.

Language and cultural support

: Coordinate professional translation and interpretation services and support patients with cultural adjustments and dietary requirements.

Appointment scheduling

: Manage all medical appointments, including consultations, tests, and follow-ups, to ensure a well-coordinated treatment schedule.

In-person guidance

: Escort patients to appointments and tests to assist them with navigating the hospital and its processes.

Financial and administrative management



International billing

: Oversee the billing process for international patients, providing clear explanations of costs and handling payments.

Insurance coordination

: Liaise with international insurance providers, embassies, or referring organizations to manage claims and other financial aspects.

Medical record management

: Ensure accurate and confidential handling of all patient documentation, from treatment records to discharge summaries.

Post-discharge and relationship management



Follow-up care

: Arrange and coordinate follow-up appointments, both in-person and remotely.

Departure logistics

: Manage transportation to the airport for the patient's departure.

Referral network management

: Cultivate and maintain relationships with international healthcare providers and medical tourism partners to support future referrals.

Long-term patient relations

: Ensure a positive overall experience to build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
