Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of field collection executives. Allocate daily/weekly targets and ensure achievement of collection goals. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Review delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies. Handle escalated cases and negotiate payment plans with defaulters. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for recovery actions, if required. Provide training and guidance to team members for performance improvement. Foster a professional and ethical approach in customer interactions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Finance or Business preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in banking/NBFC collections. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of local geography and market conditions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel and collection tracking tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
